Keshav Rajagopalan is Managing Director, Head of Product & Strategy, in PGIM Multi-Asset Solutions (PMA). In this role, Keshav leads PMA’s client-facing efforts, including product and capability development and deployment, client engagement and marketing, and other strategic initiatives. PMA leverages PGIM’s deep public and private markets expertise for the purpose of developing and implementing sophisticated asset-liability management and asset allocation solutions for insurance and pension clients and other institutional investors.

Prior to joining PMA, Mr. Rajagopalan was in the PGIM Institutional Relationship Group (IRG) where he focused on chief investment officer relationships for PGIM’s institutional clients in the US and Canada. He also was responsible for strategic client initiatives globally.

Before IRG, Mr. Rajagopalan spent three years in PGIM Investments as co-head of the exchange-traded funds business where he was responsible for the firm’s entrance into the space, launching six actively-managed ETFs that grew to over $750 million in assets under his leadership. He also has spent time in the business strategy group at PGIM, supporting the CEO and the firm’s other senior leaders.

Mr. Rajagopalan joined PGIM from Limestone Capital Advisors, a boutique oil and gas private equity firm focused on outbound investment from Asia into the US energy sector. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate at the global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company where he worked on strategy for financial services firms.

He received a BA and BS from The University of Texas at Austin where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with highest honors and was elected student body president of the 50,000-student campus. He also has an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Mr. Rajagopalan is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations and served as an Officer in the US Navy Reserve.

He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
